1. Overview
MariyamTech LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. We want you to be satisfied with our Services, and we handle refund requests fairly and promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)
- You have not already received a refund within the past 12 months
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Media Player lifetime license purchases (one-time payment, non-recurring)
- Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mariyatech.com with:
- Subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Account Email]”
- Your registered account email address
- The plan or product you wish to refund
- Reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)
We will process your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to the plan until the period ends, and no further charges will be made.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your card issuer.
