MariyamTech LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Data: Name, email address, and password when you register
• Payment Data: Billing address and last 4 digits of card (Stripe handles full card details)
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage logs
• Form Submissions (FormVault): Data submitted through forms you create — stored encrypted
• Link Clicks (LinkTrackr): Anonymized click metadata (geo, device type, referrer)
• Email Delivery (NovaSend): Recipient addresses, delivery timestamps, and open/click events

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account notifications, receipts)
• Respond to support requests and legal inquiries
• Improve and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We share data with the following categories of third-party processors only as necessary to operate the Services:

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
• Cloud Infrastructure Provider — Hosting, storage, and content delivery (US-based)
• Email Delivery Infrastructure — For outbound transactional messages via NovaSend

All processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring GDPR-compliant handling.

• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination. FormVault submission data is retained according to your configured retention policy. NovaSend delivery logs are retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. See our Security Center for full details.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
