Delivery Policy

All MariyamTech LLC products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery delays. Access to purchased products is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation by Stripe.

For NovaSend, FormVault, and LinkTrackr subscription plans:

• Access is granted instantly after payment confirmation
• API keys and dashboard access are provisioned automatically
• Subscription billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your start date
• You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge

For the Media Player one-time lifetime license:

• Your license key is emailed to your registered email address within 5 minutes of purchase
• The license is tied to your account and is valid for all current and future versions
• Download links are available in your account dashboard immediately after purchase

If you do not receive your confirmation email or license key within 30 minutes of purchase:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify the email address on your account
• Log into your account dashboard — products appear there immediately
• Contact support@mariyatech.com if the issue persists

We target 99.99% uptime for all MariyamTech services. Planned maintenance windows are communicated via the status page at mariyatech.com/status. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 1 hour, we will credit affected Business plan accounts proportionally.
